CPLUG (Central PA Linux Users Group) is a group for people interested in learning about Linux. Users of all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome. We are located near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
CPLUG has members who are hobbyists and professionals. We discuss computers, networking, security, and a number of other topics — and how they relate to Linux. CPLUG has a regularly scheduled meeting, held on the second Tuesday of each month.
Care to chat with fellow CPLUG members? We have an IRC server where you can talk about Linux (or other things).
To chat on IRC you either need to use an IRC client (e.g. X-Chat) or you can use the web interface. If you are using a client, here are the settings you will need:
Server: irc.cplug.net
Port: 6667 (non-encrypted) or 6697 (encrypted)
Channel: #cplug
If you would prefer to chat on IRC via the web, you can do so by clicking here.
There’s also a wiki at cplug.pbwiki.com. The wiki invite key is PCYHT.
